Policies

Before your appointment

  • LATE POLICY - Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. We only have a 15 Minute Grace period, at which point a 50% charge of service is required, along with rescheduling your service.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - We require a minimum of 24 Hours Notice to cancel or reschedule an apt. Late-Cancels will be charged 50% of their scheduled service price. No-Call-No-Show apts will be charged 100% of their scheduled service price.

  • Please be prepared to wash your eye area upon arrival. If not washed properly, we will include a mandatory Lash Bath before starting service to ensure quality of work & good retention.

  • We do process Credit Card transactions with an additional 3% fee. We encourage cash payment & only allow Cash tipping.

  • We kindly ask you to arrive on-time or 5 minutes before your appointment, unless asked otherwise, as we are in a small space and work very similarly to a suite.

APPOINTMENT expectations

  • If lashes are not fully cleansed, we will perform a Lash Bath prior to service. This includes any makeup on our around the eye area.

  • FULL SETS : 2 hour service including consultation

  • REFILLS : 1 hour, 15 minute service - maximum 21 days from last service - WE DO NOT PERFORM REFILLS ON FOREIGN LASH SETS

  • EXTENDED REFILLS : 1 hour, 30 minute service - up to the discretion of the tech

  • TOUCH UPS : 45 minute service - must be within 5 to 7 days of your last service with us - WE DO NOT ALLOW BACK TO BACK TOUCH UP SERVICES

  • LASH LIFTS : 45 minute to 1 hr 15 minute service - lash lifts only work with natural lashes, we can only curl what you have; you must wait 2 weeks after having extensions or a lash lift to receive this service

  • We do not perform services on foreign lash sets - clients with foreign lash sets must book a Removal + New Client Full Set! ($40+$99.99)

During your appointment

  • Please use the restroom before your service to allow your Tech to use the full, allotted time for your scheduled service.

  • We do not allow any extra people, children, or animals to be present at the Beauty Loft during your service for the safety of our clients & artists.

  • Please refrain from being on your phone during your appointment to prevent any potential interference to your service.

After your appointment

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your service you must contact us within 48 hours to receive a complimentary correction service.

  • You must book fills within the required amount of days (mentioned in service description).
